Investor Fraud
In order to retain clients, stockbrokers, analysts,
and investment bankers sometimes
allow a conflict
of interest to color their stock reports. For example, an
investment banker might unfairly give its clients stocks
a good rating to ensure it keeps the client's business.
Such action, called investor fraud, not only misleads
investors, but it also swindles them out of billions in
hard-earned wages. In recent times, a number of once-reputable firms, such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Salomon Smith
Barney, Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan,
and UBS Warburg, have been accused of investor fraud. Although
the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has fined several
of theses companies, they have not as whole been effectively
deterred from continuing to commit investor fraud. If you or a
loved one has lost money due to investor fraud, Mr. Kennedy
can help. Please contact

Shareholder Fraud
A company executive or accountant is committing shareholder
fraud any time he unlawfully conceals earnings, debts, mergers,
acquisitions, or other relevant financial transactions of
the company. Shareholders – or consumers – typically
only buy stock in companies they believe will be solid and
profitable; virtually no one will invest in a corporation
plagued by debt or surrounded by scandal. However, to attract
new or keep existing shareholders, companies facing such
difficulties sometimes conceal their debts or inflate their
profits, making themselves seem much more steadfast than
they truly are. This dishonesty may help the company survive
a bit longer, but it can spell disaster for the investors.
Some shareholders invest their life savings, retirement,
and kids’ education funds in misrepresented companies,
only to lose everything when the company’s fraud and
financial ruin is exposed. Former energy powerhouse Enron
is a prime example of such deception, as it cost shareholders
billions. Mr. Kennedy is an experienced stock fraud attorney
who is dedicated to helping the victims of shareholder fraud
recover their losses. Please contact
